Privacy begins with what we choose to collect.

What we collect

When you request private prototype access, we store your email address, the signup source, the date, and the version of this notice you accepted. The waitlist record does not include your name, profile, health data, financial data, app context, or Sya product activity.

Normal hosting infrastructure may process technical request data needed to deliver the site. Vercel hosts the website and waitlist API. Sya does not add that technical request data to your waitlist record.

How we use it

We use your address for private prototype invitations, access scheduling, and essential Sya launch updates. We do not sell waitlist data or use it for advertising profiles.

Where it is stored

Your waitlist address is stored in a restricted cloud database hosted for Sya by Neon. Neon hosts the PostgreSQL database connected to Sya's Vercel production deployment. A waitlist address must reach us so we can contact you. Sya's future whole-life context is designed to remain on your trusted computer.

Who can receive it

Access is limited to people and service providers needed to operate the waitlist and deliver requested messages. Those providers currently include Vercel for website hosting, Neon for database hosting. No outbound email provider is connected today. We will update this notice before automated messages begin, and each message will provide a way to opt out.

How long we keep it

We keep the address while the private prototype program is active. We plan to delete it within 90 days after that program ends unless you separately choose to receive ongoing Sya updates. You can ask us to delete it sooner.

You can ask to access, correct, or delete your waitlist record, or stop future messages, by emailing hello@heysya.ai. Use the subject “Waitlist privacy request.”
